Vicky

Meet Vicky, a dedicated mother of four who knows firsthand the struggles of balancing health and vitality amidst a busy life. As she navigated the demands of motherhood, Vicky found herself facing a myriad of health challenges. Chronic headaches, brain fog, weight gain, fatigue, and an eating disorder began to take a toll on her well-being, leaving her feeling lost and overwhelmed.

Despite her efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise, and adequate sleep, Vicky couldn’t seem to find relief. It wasn’t until she discovered the importance of balancing blood sugar with protein, healthy fats, and fiber that everything clicked into place. Realizing that her previous approach to nutrition was lacking, Vicky embarked on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

This revelation ignited a passion for health and nutrition within Vicky’s heart, leading her to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There, she delved into a wealth of knowledge, from nutrition to toxins, sleep, and beyond. A lifelong learner, Vicky can often be found immersing herself in wellness books or devouring podcasts on topics ranging from gut health to detoxing
and brain health.

In addition to her dedication to holistic wellness, Vicky is also a certified holistic nutritionist from the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). This certification has equipped her with the skills and expertise to guide others on their own paths to wellness.

But Vicky’s journey doesn’t end there. Alongside her pursuit of knowledge, she has also overcome significant health challenges, including a battle with mold illness and breast cancer. These experiences have not only shaped her into a knowledgeable health coach but have also empowered her to reclaim her health and support others on their own healing journeys.

With Vicky’s guidance, you can tap into her wealth of knowledge and experience to reclaim your health and vitality. Whether you’re struggling with chronic health issues or simply seeking to optimize your well-being, Vicky is here to help you thrive.
